Hallo !
all Evo1 exhaust were full power versions, no junk inside what so ever. all of these Evo1 original exhausts are very good and they have more max power than Arrow. These Evo1 exhaust are kind of a little sisters for CRC exhausts..
here is some data:
Mito2 Lucky Explorer:
Silencer black carbon (same as Evo's CRC silencer) 68091
Exhaust :
RH-side *Cagiva 68090*
LH- side 8000-75642
Evo1 '94~97 :
Kevlar silencer: Cagiva 68091 DGM 50978-S ??
Exhaust:
RH-side Cagiva 68090 DGM 50978
LH-side 8000-77925
Evo1 ('97 FOM) '98 Lucky Explorer:
Kevlar silencer: Cagiva 78335 DGM 54458-S .
Exhaust:
RH-side Cagiva 86587 DGM54458-S
LH-side 8000-86587
Evo hybrid '99 with 6-speichen felges black-yellow verklaidung BUT with Evo1 engine Tech.
Kevlar silencer: Cagiva 78335 DGM 54458-S .
Exhaust:
RH-side Cagiva 86587 DGM54458-S
LH-side 8000-86587
Your exhaust is for '98 Lucky. BUT usually '98 Lucky exhaust has a welded stamped number: Cagiva 86587 DGM54458-S TAG-LABEL over the 1st curve and under it are Evo1 '94~'97 numbers: 8000-77925. So also Evo1 '98 Lucky had same exhaust as Evo1 '94~'97 but for some reason Cagiva factory had to mark the very same exhaust with a other new part number ( i dont know why).
What is very strange in your photo is the fact that your numbers are directly stamped onto exhaust 1st curve and not onto a welded TAG-LABEL. based onto this info seems that Cagiva has done 2 "different kind of" '98 Lucky exhausts, only resonable explanation has to be that Cagiva run out of new-old stock Evo1 '94~'97 exhaust and only after that they started to produce exatly same ones without /ohne welded TAG-LABEL. As cagiva likes very much to use new-old stock parts to cut of costs...
bye:)

i forgot to say that all those exhaust numbers have 2 reasons:
they say spare part number
they are homologation codes that are needed for Auspuff +ESD / luftfilterkasten parts to get the motorvehicle approved / certificated for production and for sales markets and to be roaduse legal.

ohh by the way, if the auspuff that you bought is used like 10~20 000km i recommend to clean it from inside with "Caustic Soda" meaning natrium hydroxide pearls. that stuff is used for opening blocked WC pipes..
1. add potato into auspuff end OHNE ESD ! take of ESD
2. put auspuff to hang from rope
3. add 1dl caustic soda into exhaust
4. add boiling water into the auspuff
5. let it hang for 12hours, tap the sides of auspuff gently for some times when the water inside is still hot
6. pour out the water and carbondeposit that has soaked off
7. re-do all over again if needed.
from my Evo1 '98 Lucky 20 000km used auspuff i soaked out over 1 litre of carbon deposit. that is dry carbon about 1 litre amount.
this is very safe and good way to clean auspuff, this method is safe and used also very much with Chromed auspuff's
bye:)
